Chapter Membership Join the "Great Lakes–East Chapter" of NACHI. Membership is only $35.00 annually. Membership has its rewards! Chapter members receive a discount (whenever possible) on dinner with chapter meetings and other events. Additional benefits are listed below. Note: You must be a member of NACHI to receive all benefits. Non-NACHI members can become an Affiliate Chapter Member. Affiliate Chapter Members will automatically become full chapter members when they join NACHI. Affiliates do receive dinner discounts, but do not receive NACHI member discounts on training. Affiliates also do not participate in other NACHI member benefits. Affiliates may be eligible for a discount on NACHI membership from time to time.
Member ID Badge Don't forget that we will be taking head & shoulder photo's of all members of the chapter to be added to their Member ID badge. So you might want to make sure your hair looks nice and wear a nice shirt. (If you would like an additional ID Badge for yourself cost is $5.00 each.)

Great Lakes–East Chapter members will be able to enjoy a less expensive price on attending Training Events hosted by the chapter. (Whenever possible we will try to keep training event fees for chapter members below $65.00 but we can not guarantee this.)

NACHI is
creating/printing NACHI brochures listing local members for every chapter.

These brochures will be sent to the real estate offices in the respective
market areas. This project is in
reaction to many real estate offices implementing in-house rules that prohibit
agents from recommending individual inspectors for fear of negligent referral
claims. Lisa is working with a couple
chapters now on this and we will post various brochure designs soon. The new brochures will reference sites like www.InspectorLocator.com so members should make
sure they have their ancillary services listed www.nachi.org/ancillary.htm.
NACHI is integrating its chapter sites with Google Maps and PayPal so that event attendees can pre-register and download directions to every meeting. This will allow chapter heads to collect the necessary funds to finance each meeting too.
